who can read chinese? (Firefly/Serenity related)

I'm looking at one of Jayne's shirts and trying to figure out the text...

Can anyone:

a) read this
b) point me at some way to get those characters into illustrator (a typeface, a web site with collections of characters, etc...)

I want to try to recreate this shirt, but don't want to mess up the wording by guessing at what things sorta look like.

Check out THIS website. There is an image of Jayne's shirt phrases partway down. Looks like this particular one translates to, "philanthropic service organization."

I just had someone translate it here at work.

She said it basicly means "goodwill service orginization"

She said the first part means to do something without the expectaion of pay.
The second part is service.

The third part is orginization or group.
