Yeah, you can see it pretty clearly in that picture. I recall having stuff like that in my basement back in Illinios. I don't know if the pattern was exact, but I'm betting stuff like that changes every season. Probably be pretty much impossible to track down, other than in the basement of some old house in the midwest

Sorry, it took me a while to get this picture:
I know very little about R2 construction, but this panel is vintage 70s from a flourescent fixture from my mother's house. The hexes are about a 1/4" across. Is this close to what's mentioned above?
