Tribes badges: PLEASE DELETE

I just finished afew rounds of Tribes:Ascend and i've almost maxed out one of the achivements. With that i've had an idea and a question.

Each achievement has a badge.The style of them are similar to military or emergency service badges.

For the stars and the metal parts i was thinking about maybe using scuplty or even try to make them from pepakura (cardstock,glue,resin,small amount of bondo then spray painting them gold/bronze/silver.
Size i was thinking - Toonie (Canadian $2)
This is for future reference and i'd think it would be a nice little trinket to have and a nice small side project as well.
