I'm sure I read this cool TNG prop started life as a clothes fluff remover.
Can anyone confirm this, and if it's true does anyone know the brand?
I know it's likely to long since been out of production, but I'm optimistic.

Hi guys,
No that was all custom made. The tip is turned acrylic and the body is ether plex tube or alum. tube.

any other details of the nifty prop you could provide? Is it covered in paint or tape?

Hi Guys,
Both. Main body tan color is paint and so is the red brown color. If i remember right the white and silver are tape.
The main body/handle I think is about 4.5" to 5" long.

Hope this helps,

HMS Mike

Thank you Mike, it's always good to get information straight from the source.

Could you also give us some idea of the diameter of the main body tube and possibly the length of the turned acrylic part?

Thank you.

Does anyone recall any of the TNG episodes this prop was used in?
I remember it being seen briefly held by Ro in "The Next Phase"
Would be great to know which other episodes it appeared in, preferably in close up.
Thanks
