Thinkin' Machine Super Computers

I'm not sure if you guys have heard this before, but the red LED light panels in the control room of Jurassic Park were part of an actual computer, a connection machine CM-5 by a company called Thinking Machines. I always thought Mr. DNA was just talking about generic super computers...
