Anyone start the EMP-R (electro magnetic pulse rifle) to go along with they're Dark Knight Rises builds?

I've completed my EMP-R for Halloween! Well I decided I didn't want to wear a mask for Halloween so I changed my mind in the middle of the build, oh well. The lights are activated by pulling the trigger and the stock folds up for easier transport.

I'm gathering details. I was going to do a one off for someone, but I can consider doing a run if the interest is there and everyone and their dog isnt doing their own.
im having a hard time finding good shots of it but the movies JUST came out so I understand
funny how there was a lot of people me 2 that wanted to know everything about this emp gun and it was on screen for like 30 seconds.

Sad yes but it also makes it more mysterious, really like it and def interested if they become available. Is the grip area etc off a found item?

I have this book on the gadgets of The Dark Knight trilogy. It has so many great pictures and diagrams of the gadgets from all the movies. The EMP gun has a page, but there is no diagram and the picture is an angle that shows NOTHING!!!
I think were going to have to rely on the mind blowing detail of the Hot Toys accessory. They're level of detail and accuracy is good enough to reproduce it. I know the purist will cry foul, but as little screen time as it gets it may be the only resource.
Of course it doesn't! Lol youre right so far the Hot Toys have had the most detail
I believe hot toys is given access to a lot of information from the movie to make their insanely accurate (and insanely expensive) toys. I believe they may have been loaned actual props to make their models.
That's not uncommon for licensed prop and toy companies to be loaned original props for their development.
Even if they weren't loaned props, they were certainly given more accurate information than us!!!

Looks to have an M4 style Grip. That's a cheap found part.

I really interested in building one of these. I can create a 3d model with solidwork pretty easily the biggest problem will be getting the scale right. Just need a decent view which we can use to scale?
