    Does anyone here know of a good source for styrofoam?
    I need a 4' x 8' x 6" to 7" board.

    I think you mean "styrofoam". :P For something 4'x8' you might want to try one of the big box hardware stores, you'll probably have to sandwich a few together to get that thickness. If you do that, wood glue works nicely.

    I think you can find pink insulation foam in big sheets & boards — off to Home Depot!

    Thickest he may be able to find is an R-10 (depends on what part of the country you live in) with is 2" thick. He&#39;ll just have to glue a few sheets together.

    Heres something I made from Styrofoam a few years back for a little film project DAEMOS RISING



    I ordered a 8&#39; X 4&#39; X 2&#39; block that I cut up into sections... It cost me about eighty pounds from a manufacturer in Newcastle.
