There's a guy on eBay makes padding for various SW helmets goes by the name of evolution_props he doesn't have stormtrooper padding listed right now but i know he's done it in the past.
I'm sure if you contacted him he could oblige.

To be honest though i think the traditional star shaped pad the original helmets had is fine just cut yourself one out of foam.
There's not an awful lot of room inside a trooper lid for air to circulate, taking up space with all round padding just adds to the problem and makes it hotter in there.

Mine just has foam, it's pretty comfortable.

I used military helmet pads. They stick real well to velcro which made them a snap to install and re-arrange.

Oh and I found this set at a local surplus store, but you can find them on ebay by searching for "Kevlar helmet pads"
