    May 30, 2011 - Steampunk/Fallout-ish Pistol from the 99p Store #1

    Evening Folks.

I picked this up in my local 99p Store and spotted potential for a pocket Steamy Fallout type pistol. It's really small as befits a kids' toy, measuring around 6.5" long. I took out the firing mechanism (OK, it fell to pieces when I opened it up!), added the flash supressor which is the business end of a cheap aluminium torch, plugged the screw holes, tidied up the seams and painted it. Front part is a dirty red over matt black with a gunmetal wash and the rest is Revell brass and matt black.

    Hope you like it.
