Did anyone ever replicate this book from the classic Twilight Zone episode?

Yes, I did. ;-)
I found the book at A.C. Moore's. I laid a template of the letters on it, and then "imprinted" them with a blunt round tool. Then, I just used silver paint pen to "fill in" the letters. Add a piece of red ribbon and it was done.
