I have a ROTS vader costume that I want to put on a mannequin for a lifesize display. I was looking at this one, but I would love a few suggestions from fellow RPFers.

It depends on how high you want to get your Vader. 74 inches is 6 foot 2. Assume that the boots and the helmet add approx 3-3.5 inches, your Vader will be 6' 5"+
It also depends on your make of armor. If you're using anything other than LFL-proportioned armor, some of fan vendors make their armor very wide. If so, you'd have to make your setup taller so as to make the overall silhouette more slender.
