Finished the armature for my Pinhead. He stands 1' 7". The arms wobble and sag some due to the weight of the hands. The body is made out of a springy styrofoam with 2x 1/16th twisted aluminum wire running through it. It probably could of used 3 wires going through the entire thing but I didn't think of it at the time. His legs and spine are a thicker aluminum wire. They are bendable but it's really difficult. The whole body without any of the resin pieces (shoes, hands head) actually weigh less than his head!
Any comments or crits? I would like to get making the armatures down pat before I start assembling my Six Shooter puppet. I have the pieces of styrofoam cut but I'm looking into better wire choices.
