I got my BR Blaster in the mail today, and am extremely happy with it , so much so that I got a stand for it etc. Not 110% accurate, but it will much more than do for me.
Anyway, I do have a little problem with it.
Unfortunately, the led switch was broken when I opened the box.
There is absolutely no way this could have have happened during shipping, as the packing was very very good.
I can only assume that nobody had a good look at the product before it left the premises.
I have written to Offworld already of course, and have yet to recive a reply.
Has this happened to anyone else here ?
I know their pre-sales service is fenomenal, and they are extremely accommodating, but does anyone know what I may expect as post-sales service ?
