Need Help with finding PADD Graphics

I've been searching here and on the web for graphics for Starfleet PADDS, and I've not been able to find them. I don't know if I'm being stupid or if I simply don't know where to look. And I've seen other people build PADDs, so I know the graphics exist somewhere ... I've found a couple of sites that offer LCARS displays, but they're mostly systems displays or control panels.

Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction?
