Most start out with a large plastic dome, then cut the mouth out from it, there has been a build or two of the head, and a google search never hurts either
If you don't mind the fast road to satisfaction, someone is selling a nice one in the JY.
He does not have access to the JY yet. But he has access to the search feature, there are about three threads on this topic in the costuming forum, with excellent build progress pics and measurements.USS Endeav said:
Ok i will give you the bennefit of doubt, but do some research for your self. there are several threads here as well as some tutorials on youtube. this community is here for support and to help out, but you need to show some drive your self and do some reaserch. i know this may come off rude so sorry, but you will be more welcomed if you help yourself.
okey so ive done some research and i found out everything but nobody wants to answer isnt foam really breakable ? .. is there a way to make it harder ??
