Okay... where the %&*$ did you get a casting of the Skeletor sword???But seriously, tell the UPS guy not to shake the boxes too much when you ship them. I'd hate to see the pointy end come flying out!! This is awesome, now if you could just get Dolph Lundgren to hold it...
Your timing is pretty ridiculous, morrris!! I just got back from a mini-convention in L.A. that DOLPH LUNDGREN himself was at! He was a very cool guy, I have to say, I was actually a little surprised. So, in one of the ultimate FAN-DREAM-COME-TRUE moments, I met and spoke very briefly with Dolph. He seemed happy to see the sword and said "I have one of these at home, actually." Ha! He graciously signed it for me along the blade and then held it up and smiled for photos! He also mentioned that his is "about 5 times heavier" than mine!! It was, hands down, one of the greatest (geek) moments of my life. The prop was a head-turner, and several people approached me to hold it and ask about it. Totally Phenomenal day!!!
These first pics are shots of the completed sword. I mentioned earlier in the thread that I would finish the handle and I did!! Wood and leather-wrapped. I'm very proud of it. Enjoy!
He-Man APPROVES!!

Dolph kicks ass!
as does that sword!
It would rock to have the hilt cast in aluminum, and then plated
didnt you say it is painted wood?
WOWWWW!!! My first thought was "yeah, right, lets see the picture of him holding it" and poof! I had to pick up my jaw off the floor. TOTALLY AMAZING!!! What a totally cool day that must have been.![]()
I just watched this video on Youtube!!!!

just had a NERD-gasim.....
Have you got any further in casting your guard in metal?
I would be interested in having this sword as well as Skeletor's version of the movie sword made.
Rock Awesome Shinyness, sir!
As a teenager I always wanted two things from that film - Dolph's sword and Dolph's mullet.
I agree that you should make/get the 'lock' to display it. Excellent idea.
dear tim9d9
im am very interested im buying my own sword of grayskull. have wanted my own for avery long time
Hi wolverine! Thanks for commenting! I apologize, but due to upcoming events, I've had to put off production of this He-Man sword until the middle of next year. If you don't find one you like in that time, this one will be absolutely worth the wait!!
Your so lucky to have been able to present that to Dolph! It's an amazing piece of work, your very lucky to have....keep us updated on when you plan on making some for sale.Very bad ass.
I was disappointed by the live action movie, but your work on this sword is fantastic.
I WANT!!!! 17 OF THEM!!!!!!
Damn that's awesome!
Any movement on the sword? I'm interested! And great moment there with dolph. I'm a big masters fan and love all parts of it. So that is totally a moment to remember. I agree with a previous post to build the castle thrown room sword holder as a display.
Ah, one of my favorite fantasy swords. From what I hear over on MOTUMovie Blog, it was affectionately dubbed "the Buick Slayer" by Dolph and the Stunt Crew. And was FULLY made out of steel and brass. Very nice recreation though.
Looking through an earlier post, Tim, you said that you were looking for a way to display it: why not try recreating Skeletor's Lock he puts it in that was next to the Throne of Grayskull? Blinky Lights and all!
