Started gelcoating the shin mold:

Video crew came by on Monday, so there should be a video update soonish. I have 72 days to get this thing ready for display.

It'll happen. Right now I'm still tuning up the main shape for the gun pod:
Once that's done, I still need to prototype the main body, the toes, the pelvis, and all of the little detail bits.

Gelcoated part 3 of the lower leg last night:
I'm optimistically expecting to get a part (hopefully 2) out of that mold today.
I've also pulled the first silicone mold:
This is the detail piece that goes on either side of the heel block.
Much to do today. Stay tuned...

You're work is always incredible! I've got one of the old cap popper EDs sitting on my desk. Can't wait to see more!!!!
Oh and if you ever need someone to live in your shop and clean up stuff, I think you'd have a lot of volunteers!

Subbed for sure this is awesome! Also, I hate to say this, but it's kinda nice to watch a build with a strict deadline... At least I know it'll get done and it will be awesome to get updates often!
