    Jan 13, 2009 - If you own a SIDESHOW 1:1 SCALE ENDOARM question #1

Can you answer a question for me? Each finger has a coil that extends down into the elbow cavity. The THUMB coil is FIXED or GLUED into the elbow cavity but the rest of the finger coils seem to be loose down in the elbow cavity. Was wondering if yours are like that Thanks, Mike

I just checked mine and none of the coils is glued. The thumb coil rests in one of the holes in the base of the elbow cavity, but you can easily pull it out and get back in. From the orientation of the holes, I'd say that these are actually made for the hoses to supply the three cylinders of the forearm. The cylinders have the appropriate locating holes, but the actual hoses are missing on the sideshow piece. (I haven't seen them in screenshots, but they appear on some replicas).

    Cheers,
    Stefan

Thank you Stefan. I thought mine was broken or something. I feel better now.
