Can't remember how much I was owed.. But never received items or refund.. Think I was ripped off a National Treasure Tube, and Goonies Wallet and Newspaper..

Well, for the record, I'm waiting on two POTC maps.

He has been contacted via his facebook page, so we will see if anything comes of it.

Last time he was contacted this way he blocked any further communication on fb, but emailed me and one other member, pleading not to discuss this matter on fb, and he said he was going to repay everyone. That was many months ago and still nothing! So if he's not going to even attempt to repay anyone I do not intend to make his life easy, at least for a little while.

After leaving several messages for Eli on his facebook page, and also contacting the guy Eli used for his paypal account, I have yet again been blocked from his page.

So today I have managed to contact his friend again, and also leave new messages for Eli on facebook. I have asked that he gets in contact to discuss who and how much he owes. I also remember someone mentioning that if he could at least provide the file for the POTC map, then that would at least go some way to helping the folks out here.

I tried to give him an "out" by having him send me the POTC map file, then I could do a free run for those who have been shafted.

If I can get him to respond, I will try to work on that!!

So Eli finally got back in contact with me and this is what he had to say:


You have self-righteously appointed yourself in which your actions are not proactive. If I had absolutely no regard to making right all of this, I would not have been in contact with anyone.

The members name I keep in contact with is Mike. At the present time, I have been trying to negotiate a deal to get the file. It was my plan to offer kits to all those that had wanted maps. They would include the scan and the bamboo flats. As for the others who have made other purchases, I am working to arrange a payment system that would get things going.

This problem is with me and me alone. The ARK was a project I did begin to honor the passing of my friend. And because I am trying to get back on my feet, I have handed the wheels to others to keep going the idea. You can bash my name a thousand times. It's not going to speed things up nor get me shaking in my boots because the intent to fix things was already in motion before your slanders began.

It's funny that you all forgot that it was ME who started the post letting everyone know what happened. I didn't just leave and not explain. As I have said before, the only thing wrong I did was not finishing what I started but doesn't mean it can't be finished. So, I am dealing Mike because he has treated the situation with respect and not come at me offensively or tried to create drama and because of that I have been willing to work to make this right.

I was not asking for sympathy nor compassion. I had only posted so everyone would know there would be a delay. If people wouldn't have been so quick to start slamming me and my intentions, things probably would've gone a different way. However, when you are dealing with loss and everything that comes with it, the last thing you want to do is face a crowd that is just coming at you with all negativity.

So before you start slamming away on the ARK, you need to take A step back and look at the entire situation. I'm not saying I'm right but I know that I didn't deserve a lot of flak I got from members.

So, I will continue to keep communication with you and in response, I want you to leave the ARK alone. I think that is pretty fair. Once I figure out a deal to acquire the file, I will let Mike know and arrange for the flats and get this all going.

So as you can see guys, it's all your fault..... It's funny that until I made a few personal attacks at Eli through is fb page, he had no communication with any of you. I have promised to leave his fb page alone, so lets see if he starts to fix this situation, or not??

I NEVER cease to be amazed by people who fail to deliver goods or return money, and then get all aggressive when they are called out.

I'm still at a loss as to what to do with them.

I think it would be a good idea if we could get a clear list of what Eli owe's everyone.

So if you are still waiting on something from Eli, can you post here. Just let everyone know exactly what items you ordered, or if it is a refund you are waiting for.

This might be a lost cause, but if nobody posts what you are owed, then this will be forgotten, and you will have no chance of getting anything.

I recently spoke with Eli, and I still do not trust anything he says! But the fact he answered my recent emails, I would like to present to him a full list of everything he owes the members of the RPF.

National Treasure Leather Tube, and Goonies Wallet and Newspaper.. Never received refund or items.. Wouldn't be surprised if that was the Leather Tube I was suppose to get TheMalum, as there were NT Paper Props with it too.. Then shortly after that was paid for etc, paid for the Goonies Wallet and Newspaper that he was selling..

Beechy, looks like that probably is your stuff. I have just read back through all of this thread, and you are the only person who has come forward mentioning you were owed some National Treasure stuff.

Hopefully Malum will be able to get them to you some how, obviously looks like you will have to pay postage, but I guess at least you can get hold of something you paid for!

I honestly can't remember what National Treasure Paper Props were coming with it, but was definitely a Leather Tube.. And I think the Goonies Wallet and Newspaper were from his private Collection.. I sent a heap of PMs and emails and only received one reply saying he'd refund the money, but never heard a thing since then, apart from this topic..

Well I think the best thing to do is either see if Malum would be so kind to post you the National Treasure stuff, and you pay him whatever the postage is.

Or if this is no good, Malum could possibly sell this stuff, which I don't think anyone would object to, then he could forward you the money, less what it costs him to send these to the buyer of the items....

At least then you will be partially sorted. As for the Goonies stuff, if you want to pm me with your real name, and I can try and ask him about this for you.

btw, I just want to make it clear that I do not know Eli, and I think he is a first class thief and liar. But if I can help any members here in any way I can, I will see what I can do for you!

Did he ever start a 'For Sale' page for the map in the Junkyard, or was your dealings made through PM?

I couldn't find many postings made by Eli.... Just wonderin'...

I am sure he did have some For Sale threads, but don't know what happened to them...

He is supposed to be getting the full map to Indy who has been kind enough to offer to help the members out who paid for, but did not receive the map.

I have spoken to other members about other dealings Eli has tried on people out of this forum, and without getting myself banned for bad language, let's just say he is the lowest of the low with what he will try on people!!!!!!! I even remember finding something he posted on another website saying something about he knows kids that have cancer, or something along those lines, and that he would like it if someone could donate some props for the kids........

I PMed GeordieIndy to request he communicate with Eli to see if he remembers who the stuff was supposed to post to. I've no problem shipping stuff to whoever; I just want it to go to whoever was waiting for it. I won't sell for the reasons stated above.

Against my better judgment, I will send the items back to Eli. If he's sincere, this is the only way to get them to the buyer.

I don't know.. Sounds like it was my NT items which he has resold on eBay.. Really don't care about money would just like to get what I paid for..
