im working on a project that has a circuit board...
the pattern is pretty specific, and i need to replicate the lines, and the solder bubbles....
how can i do this effectivly? any ideas?

You can make your own circuit boards. Lots of online tutorials like this one:

Can you use one of these?

You can dress it up with real solder, or thin strips of lead tape. It would help if you had a pic or more info on what you wanted to replicate.
Well if it not a working board, then you can make it in Illustrator and then print it out..
