Looks like the helmet I got in the late 90's/early 2000's at Target when the prequels were starting up - I think they were Don Post and vinyl. I made mine more presentable by cutting out the T visor and putting a real one in, gluing a strong metal rod around the bottom edge to give it a better "flare", and giving it a repaint.
*facepalm*
I just noticed the "A Don Post tm Mask" on the bottom/back.
its good for a kids Halloween costume but thats about it
