    Jan 11, 2010 - Harry Potter Spellbooks Tutorial #1
    Hi everyone,

    Last week I posted some pics of a Death Eater mask with a custom spellbook I made. A few people asked if I'd write a tutorial on how to make these books, so here it is.





    I've put it together over on instructables.com as they convert the whole thing into a neat little PDF, which I can now post here.

    It's not much more than a little weekend project, but they're a nice addition to a Potter display. Let me know if you give it a go, and post the results please!

    i would love to see the tutorial
    but the last twice i went to the instructables site
    i got hit by a virus
    so i avoid it now
    but the book looks great

    ignore me i just saw the pdf

    perhaps i could find a spell to make my eyes work

    As luck would have it, after reading the instructable just last night, I stumbled upon a vast quantity of old law books today.
    I am going to try my hand at this prop and I am willing to sell some if anyone is interested. Some volumes are in nice shape and some date back to 1904 (they are a bit more ragged)
