Alright it is rare when I post something on here, and I have been here for awhile. An old friend of mine suffers from cystic fibrosis and I have it in my mind to build a prop and auction it off on ebay with all proceeds going to his cause, which happens to be a double lung transplant.
So first off what prop should I make??? Well first thing that came to mind was a mogwai. I have always wanted to make one and this is the perfect reason to do so. I also wanted to make it a one off, so if any were made in the future from me, they would not be like this one. Rarity is the key here.
On to the build. First thing I did was purchase some much needed materials.
Next I found a picture of gizmo with no fur and made a "to size" blueprint. I am a big fan of blueprinting everything before I start, just to get an idea of how big or small everything needs to be.
