That was batjeepsters video. His moded rings are awesome but his custom movie rings are the best looking movie replicas there are in my opinion. He has slot more on how to mod them on his Facebook page.

amazing what a little acetone can do. Cleaned off all the bad weathering, which mostly helped with the inside not feeling sticky anymore, and brightened it up so i can do my own more accurate weathering once sanding down the pattern a bit.

I just picked up 2 more rings. I'm going to mod the one I had, keep one origional and have an extra in case something happens to one of the others

The TRU ring isn't big enough to fit on my "correct" finger. So if I decide to wear it, it'll have to be the ring finger.

After seeing the mods to make it a better replica, I might have to go back and pick one of these up. My local TRU had a few with the rest of the GL stuff in the figure isle.

what is the mod that people are doing to the ring? new center gem?

i cant find a way to get the plastic strip off the bottom of the ring, that and the band is too big

If it is a size 11 like has been said then I wil lhave the same problem.

Geeze! I must have a small finger cuz this thing is loose as heck on me!
Anyway, it's not much longer now until the DC direct ring replica will be hitting the market and that one is directly cast from an original ring so it should be the end-all replica of this prop. But in the meantime, the TRU ring is very good for the price.
