I need help identify two parts. I figure the trigger was from a water hose, but no luck at Home Depot. The silver part I have no clue lol Thanks for any help

For the trigger the first thing I thought of was a fire extiguisher handle
For the other part it looks like a solenoid of some type which would make since solenoids are used in paintball guns it would also explain the guard around it since being a solenoid it would move back and forth.
Just don't shoot yourself in the face with that thing.
The silver curved portion looks like the slide from a trombone:

the lower canister looks to me a small Co2 canister and the brass fittings look like they are off of a compressed air systems (duh right?) or the ones used on hydraulic machines.
to me this trigger looks like a trigger off of a automotive paint sprayer

The trigger is probably as said from a spray gun, nearest I could find was a cheap draper and the screw is just a knurled regulator screw.

Watching The Green Hornet now. Think this may be my first attempt at prop making. Any pro tips on where to start with this particular model?
I will be using an 8 Gram CO2 cartridge for the drop down in the front, a grip off of my old paintball gun, but I don't know where to start on the base of the gun.
