The Good, the Bad and Ugly displays: Need ideas

So again I've been bitten by the western bug and I want to do a "Blondie" mannequin as a lifesize display. I've seen several threads with holsters, guns and prop pieces but has anyone done a lifesize piece? I'd love to see what you guys have done.

i would commision cyberman to make me a blondie bust to fit on the display.

Nope, don't do the waxmuseum look. Just want to showboat the costumes.

then just make a manniquin from pvc ,cloth and ducttape.

Nothing yet, but I have the gun, holster and poncho sourced. I'm not going for 100% accracy as nobody will ever be able to tell the difference, I just want to get close.
The point is I was hoping to see what someone elses's display looks like before I...pull the trigger. :lol

when i was thinking about doing it, i was going to source an old wooden fence post put arms on it and drape the poncho/ holster on it and hang the hat on top.

That is from For A Few Dollars more, only. Clint picked that up from Andy Anderson's shop, and it happened to be his holster-makers personal wrist brace.
