It's been a while since I've seen it, but there were alot of references to other films in JGTH, including the gag that inspired "Freddy vs Jason". Am I mis-remembering it, or wasn't it the Candarian dagger from "Evil Dead"?
It is suppose to be the Evil Dead Knife, as the book and one of the crates from the creep show are there, BUT that knife looks completely diffrent..
Not trying to be a dick here, but It's not supposed to be the Evil Dead knife. KNB's prop just makes a cameo. The knife that kills Jason is a completely different thing.
Unfortunately PFCGentry's caps are the best and brightest in the film. Before the Jessica character catches the knife, it just looks like an ordinary thing.
If anyone wants a good look at the dagger close up, it's been on display for years at the Hard Rock cafe in Atlantic City, NJ.
