Force Pike - Tapered or Not ???

[FONT=Times New Roman][COLOR=white]Are the ‘force pike’ that are carried by the ROTJ Royal Guard Tapered ? [/COLOR][/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman][COLOR=white]I know there are different sections that are smaller as they go from bottom to top. But is the main chrome shaft that goes from the handle to the tip tapered? I have looked at all available pictures and still not sure.[/COLOR][/FONT]

OT guards and pikes are different than the PT.
The OT pikes definitely taper.

If you are right -

I'm going to get a steel rod made to order and then get it chromed. I want to get as close as possible.
