So I was talking to my wife saying how I might build a cooler for wall-e to carry on his back or display with him and put stuff in like a rubiks cube and things when she told me that her parents use to have one just like the one wall-e has. I went over to my in-laws (they live 3 doors away, Can be a blessing and a curse). And look what I found in the basement under some old crap.

Been a while but did a bit more to walle yesterday, I finished the inside of the track area so you can no longer see the wood and screws. I also added a bit more detail on the underneath. I also changed the angle of the head a little.
No I just need to added the wires/cables at the back of his head and he will be done.
