My god you're a genius. Once I'm done with my daft punk helmets, I was thinking of building a WALL-E. I was going to do it with insulation foam, bondo, casting parts, etc. but after seeing your project, I'm considering doing it this way.

It has been too hot here to take Wall-e outside and paint him today, but I was able to get some base coat painting done yesterday and worked on the eyes today.

It's amazing what you can do with foam!!

I did a bit more work on him today. I put the wheels on and then the tracks, and I also glued the panels on the arms. Tomorrow i will be working on the front panel.

Oh wow! Very well done and the pics with R2 and the kiddos are great. Wonderful build.

Here's some work I did on the front panel today I also painted his neck the proper colour. Wall-e has a flash light inside him that lights up the solar charge panel. I still have to put the red button on, and then some buttoms on the top.
