First peek at QMx's Firefly blueprints

QMX people were on hand at the FX con in Orlando this weekend, and President Steve showed off some of the preliminary sheets.



These are not the finished versions. They're by Serenity graphic designers Geoff Mandel and Tim Earls, and the complete set will be 10 18” by 24” sheets (rolled&#33, plus the CoA/autograph/background page and the builder’s plaque. Sets will be $135 and will be limited to 500 copies, signed by the artists. They’re hoping to start shipping next month.

I was there on saturday and I was really impressed with those, though with a $125 price tag I won't be pickin those up anytime soon.

For that kind of scratch, I certainly hope it's more than TWO sheets. I remember reading somewhere that they were going to have all the internal details as well, halls, stairwells, dorms, bridge etc.

thats a set of TEN sheets, not two
Not a bad price when broken down. I am sure people would by them individualy for &#036;15.00 each, consider it a set at a discounted price.

Kewl. I&#39;m down with that, just got a little nervous for a sec there...

I&#39;d be down for &#036;15 a pop one of them that they actually did have there is one I did like.
