Favorite Movie/TV Car?

Spy cars is a rich field for movie and TV cars, many of which have been covered here already, but in 10 pages of posting, no one has mentioned, unless I missed it, my favorite car. No gadgets. No supercharger. Just a great looking car. I'm speaking of Simon Templar's car. For eight years, from 1962-69 TV series The Saint, showcased the beautiful Volvo 1800. Frist the P1800, then the 1800S. Saint star Roger Moore so loved the car he used one as his personal car and drove it in private life.

I should mention in passing other non-gadget spy cars from the Avengers: Steed's Rolls and Bentley, Emma Peel's Lotus Elan, and Tara King's Lotus Europa.

I didn't read the whole thread so I don't know if anyone mentioned this yet...the mystery machine. I always wanted one, that and a 66 batmobile. I love them both.
 
Would you believe, Maxwell Smart's Sunbeam Alpine with the cannon in the hood and the rotating license plates?
 
I've got one that would put all those cars to shame. Not even the Tumbler could stop this thing.

Can't decide between the 89 Batmobile, BTTF Delorean or the Tumbler (ooh and I like me some Ecto 1 too!)
 
I was always a big fan of this TV vehicle...but back then i was into trucks

After sesame street, I was raised on Knight Rider, The Blues Brothers, Junkman, and Gone in 60 Seconds.

Much fun as the remake was, the original Eleanor still wins out for me.

The original wins with me because it has a 40 minute car chase sequence, with real cars crashing into real cars, and a real epic jump. The remake, however, wins with me because it has more of a story than the original one. I like both of them equally.

And, much like you, I grew up on "Knight Rider", "The Blues Brothers" and many others. I got to watch "The Junkman" much later in my life, and I'm surprised that one hadn't been remade. as well.
