The gun reminds me of some of Howard's work. Although, Howard's had more style and elegance.

so yweah, those comms were way bigger than an altoids box, almost looked like old metal pencil boxes.

This show is a prop lover's dream. We get a guaranteed new prop every episode, possibly more. I really enjoyed the premier episode tonight. The show definitely has potential. The Tesla gun was my fave of the lot. I hope to see it appear in more episodes. And the vid-communicators were pretty awesome too.

The keyboard looks very vintage and shiny, I think it will be my first replica .

Need some old typewriters, a working keyboard and some time ...

The keyboard was my favorite. I saw that and thought "that's pretty cool."

I have seen similar steampunk keyboards at the MAKE site or on wired.com.

The show has tons of potential for props. the keyboard was built by a guy in the steampunk community called Datamancer. his work can be seen here:http://www.datamancer.net/blog/?p=27
I liked what looks like a modded out Wacom tablet in that photo. Lucricia's hair pin and jewelery box might make an interesting prop for the ladies.

yup, DM borrowed that keyboard to them for the show. he may work on other props in the future.

The little box in front of of the monitor in this pic http://steampunkworkshop.com/keyboard.shtml is like the box that those metal massage balls come in. You can find those all over any Chinatown. I've got a few of those but none in brown.

This shows premise sort of reminds me of the old "Friday the 13th: The Series" tv show. Every episode had them tracking down a different cursed antiquity.

i think they were hoping you would have forgotten that show.
i don't recall, but that one guy looks like the same guy in the old show.

found a few 1940's first aid tins that are roughly the size and shape of the communicators, but theyre too deep. The only other thing close would e an oooooold cigar tin.

I thought maybe an old pencil tin.
