I haven't seen anyone mention the Evenstar that Arwen gives Aragorn in LOTR. I have the small Noble collection one.

The Beast Master movie had a ring in it. It had an eye on it that got poked out.

Also, I remember a medallion that Dar was given or something?

La Coeur De La Mare - The Necklace from Titanic (which i have!!)
Tia Dalma's Locket - Pirates of the Carribean
Anyanka's Pendant - Buffy the Vampire slayer Tv Series (not a movie, but i have this and i love it!)
Time Turner - Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

NOW MY NEXT ITEM I AM GOING TO SUGGEST, I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN REPLICATED, AND IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE MOST FORGOTTEN NECKLACES EVER

St.Christopher Silver Pendant on a Silver Chain - The Green Mile
--- It JUST occured to me when i was looking at my dvd rack, it's such a small piece, and yet symbolises so much in the movie.

I can't think of many; if they're famous, they're probably important to the movie/show they're in.

The One Ring from The Lord of the Rings, the premiere example of movie jewelry.
The Evenstar pendant from The Lord of the Rings, which was invented for the movie.
The Fellowship's brooches from The Lord of the Rings.
The Time Turner from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
Wonder Woman's bracelets from the Wonder Woman TV show.
The Shadow's purple girasol ring from The Shadow. The red rings the Shadow's agents wore were produced as a promotional item for the movie.

I guess all of Captain Jack Sparrow's doodads and charms from his hair also count. Capt. Jack Savvy has made an amazing study of this item and produced a fantastic replica wig which deserves to be mentioned.

    I second that one.

How about Mary Janes engagement ring from SpiderMan 3? Not too fond of the movie but my wifes wedding ring is almost identical.
