Oh wow
Man, with Iron Man coming too. Whee!
I love the fact on the Sarah poster she is holding a SPAS 12 shotgun.
Not that I'm a gun freak or anything, but it's a real nice nod to the original Terminator in my opinion.
I've seen the pilot and thought it was good, flawed but good. Hopefully the intentional leak and feedback from it means they will have fixed those flaws.
yeh look at the trigger guard.....ejector port....
the foregrip looks like an older one, but its def been modded with the folding stock...
Ooooohh baby, this looks good![]()
Personally, I think that Lena Headey is too young (and hot) to play Sarah Connor.
OK, she is precisely the same age now as Linda Hamilton was when T2 was shot, but I believe that Sarah Connor was intended to be slightly older in T2. (John Connor can not have grown ten years in only seven years. Edward Furlong was thirteen btw. and looked like a teen to me)
I also perceived Sarah Connor to be a little bit older, tougher and hardened than my own mom (who is older than Linda Hamilton).
i actually aggree wtih you.
they are setting her up as more of a sex symbol and i dont think thats the point of the character.
I mean poor little John! hes with two hot women he cant %#$@#!!!
Not really related to this show in particular, but more to the terminator universe; I'd like to see more variety in the terminators themselves. If you want them to blend in (become the ultimate assassin), you need to make them less menacing.
A 6 and half foot tall austrian bodybuildy who looks permanently pissed is going to stand out. How about a 5'6", fat, balding terminator (like george costanza)? Noone would ever suspect him as the ultimate killing machine. He could get right up on the target, wipe'em out and blend right back into the crowd.

I saw the pilot at ComiCon and thought it was extremely well done. The music alone, done by Bear McCreary (new battlestar series composer) is amazing. The show has a good tone to it, will be worth watching imho.
Ill watch ANYTHING Terminator related. Yeh T3 wasnt a killer, but it was better than nothing. Hopefully the Terminator series will keep plugging along with everyone trying to out-do the last.
I kind of feel the same way. I even read some Terminator books last year. For the life of me I cant remember who wrote them, but the plot was that the actual human being that the t800 was based on was alive and joined the Connors to stop the machines. It was good, but after the 900000th time they barely escaped in the second book I lost interest.
But it would be good to see something new and updated and fresh. T3 had some good parts then just kind of wimpered out and DIED. LOL
I am ready to see the nasty metal-heads fight the humans!
LOL, people can be as pessimistic as they want. Good or bad, EVERYONE is gonna watch the premier.
I'm sure it'll be just as good a Blade The Series.
Why does TV have this fascination with trying to make tiny cute white chicks into tough mother fighters? Linda Hamilton pulled it off in the movies, but most of these women could beat on you all day before you noticed.
