Btw, on one of the comic-con panels MCH said the Rm 103 was the most intense scene for him that he'd done on Dexter. I guess not surprising, acting a panic attack and all. Def intense to watch. One of my favorite moments.

I would be interested in the hotel key as well.

I'd definitely purchase a hotel key if/when they were made available. Always down for a new Dex prop.

The font for all of the letters appear to be Baskerville to me (possibly one of it's variations, Italic, Bold or Bold Italic). I still haven't matched up the font for the numbers though. The 3 in Baskerville (Bold) is pretty close but not quite there. I'll have to check out Bell.

Here is my side by side comparison of Baskerville and Bell... I can send it if you need it. The downward slope of the center 3 is the main difference on Basker v. Bell

But the Ball on the end/serif is what I can't match up.

How about a modified Bakerville Bold?

That would do it... I didn't originally see the serifs as squared off like that... but now that I see the 3, that's it for sure.

I agree, that modified bold "3" looks spot on. Seems like all the lettering is bold, then.

saw this promo poster a while back and i think its just for this pic. since most of it is most likely computer generated except Dex and Debs heads.

Well, I was showing off my kill tools awhile ago and realized the polyurethane I put on my kill knife handles after sandblasting them, was not the best way to go. They yellowed pretty bad. And this was with almost no UV exposure.



Sad, isn't it? This called for a second time in the blast cabinet, and some lovin' with a mini DA sander. I left it bare aluminum this time. Here's the result.



I know, not really worth mentioning. I just like a good opportunity to show off my collection.

Yes, it was a pretty clever idea. All I kept thinking during that scene was how many people have tried something similar IRL.

Looked like they had to remove the "Pinder Knife".

Good pics RBeato. Looking quick I thought they removed a knife and filled the spot with Lumen"s knife. They just filled an empty slot.

Guess we can start a search for the Go Bag! I missed the hunt.
