Havn't posted here in a while. Thought I would get the dust of my account.
Anyway, I been so busy with work n stuff, I finally took a break and finished a few things I had started a while back. Thought I would share.
These are all vacced off of molds made from an original WW II navy talkers helmet.
I tried to get em to match off of screen shots. They turned out pretty good. Some notable differences. Good nuff for costuming. Oh, I don't have these for sale. Sorry.
Anyway, on to the pics.
Cool...but you should paint the RFT helmet light grey.

Looking very good. I'm partial to the Death Star Trooper helmet.
Damn those are nice! These (along with the Deathstar gunner) are some helmets I really want but have been holding off adding to my collection due to being pretty disappointed with what's on offer!

I was thinking about doing a reb in light grey. Still hard to beleive from the movie shots that they were that color.

Yes-- they look very white in the film.
have the RFT helmets ever been in an exhibit or photoed in true white light? i'm still not sold on the light grey thing myself...
