I'm planning on doing a run of Dapper Dan tins from O Brother, Where Art Thou? but want to confirm some details of the original prop. If anyone can help me out, drop me a line...
Thanks,
Indy

The CD of the film's soundtrack comes with a booklet featuring a full page pic of the can lid.
Thanks, but I don't need the graphic for the top; I've got that at a VERY high resolution already. I just want to check on the size and shape of the can, the sides and bottom, if possible. So, anyone have the DVD who can do some quick grabs for me?The CD of the film's soundtrack comes with a booklet featuring a full page pic of the can lid.

Indy - I just visited your site for the first time.
WOW- Nice collection of Indy props you've got there. I've been thinking about starting a grail diary sometime. Good reference material there.

Well if Indy is on top of it we know it will be a great product. How about going the wjole way this time Indy and getting some real hair treatment in the tin?
BTW What sort of comb does Clooney use in the film? Might look cool in a frame with the tin and some screencaps...or maybe a flyer for said hair treatment

This project is on one of the far rear back-burners at the moment. I'll have to do some serious number crunching because doing these in the quality I want, I'll probably have to make TONS.
Kind regards,
Indy
Well why not do an interest thread to see if it's worth your while. I think you would be able to sell at least 200 fairly quickly? I'll take 1 LOL

that wasnt the answer we all wanted. LOL
any chance you could provide some graphics for us dapper dan men that dont wanna wait?![]()
I know I'm a new guy here, but is there any news of the Dapper Dan can repop run?
Rob
I haven't done any more with this project partly due to lack of time, but also due to the ridiculously HUGE minimum amount I'd have to do for this run. I'm keeping it on the back-burner so the project will stay warm...

Indy
