Earlier this year I was informed I was going to the Renn faire down in Texas, well I didnt want to be out of character by being the guy in the jeans and T-shirt so I was the guy out of character as a Daedric lord. I got a great responce from everyone there, aside from the full time proformers that were there who saw me and turned direction so they wouldnt be seen in the same area.
Anyway Since I got such great reviews from everyone there, and the fact that I built this armor in only 3 short weeks I decided to step it up and go way overboard for version 2. For this version I am going off the "improved Daedric" armor look some of you may have seen in the skyrim nexus pages. Basically its a black chromed armor with tons of detail. I have the helm done besides the wiring, the boots are mostly done but still need molding, and the list goes on but its getting there. Some of the things I am doing is putting in pulsing lights to go with the audible heartbeat (provided by a lightsaber soundboard)
If any of you are saber knowledgeable you may know there is a humm, clash swing and lockup sounds in some of the higher end boards, my humm will be a deep heartbeat, the clash sensors will be moved to the feet of my armor so every time I step there will be some sort of powerful, mystical sound to the walk, and the swing sensors to my hands for some sort of fast punch "woosh" sound (or something like it)
What I'm looking for is some suggestions on the footsteps or punch sounds to go with this type of armor. I'm defiantly looking for a powerful sound so if you have any suggestions from the game, an anime or whatever else. I also have a voice altering program on my i-pad to give me a more god like feel so please feel free to suggest away.
