Custom Cut Vinyl Decals

I'm looking for a shop that does custom vinyl decals. Does anyone
have any recommendations.

I have a Moebius Jupiter 2 that I would like to make a "Ghost Planet"
landing pad for.

The landing pad is just black with a yellow ring on it. The inside of
the ring is just a bit larger than the landing pad span on the J2.

I though a cut vinyl decal would be ideal for this. I really don't want
to try to mask and paint 2 perfectly aligned circles. Any other ideas
would me more than welcome.
