First pull then tooling/smoothing shape:

Ready for new silicone:

First pull from finished resiliconed mold:

Grinded out lens/hose/light areas:

Detailing prefit plus telescoping jaw:



Primer/Urethane Automotive paints/cleaners:

Primer added:

First color of paint applied:


Taped off detail for second color application:

Second color applied:

High Gloss Clear cote applied:

Finished paint with detail added:



Interior foam to be cut, wrapped and added:
