Book props?

I love all the film props, but is there an industry of props from books?

I don't know about an industry, but there is a niche for them. Propnomicon features a lot of replicas that are taken from the works of H.P. Lovecraft (and some other written works), vintage photos and items that can be used as replicas, and also guest features some more notable props from others (which often includes one or two TV show or movie props).

I would love to see props from some of my fav fantasy/scifi books series, the ones I always wish would make it to film!

those are too dark for me, but I realize they are quite popular, so it is good for fans! I would love to learn to make props, just to create props from my fav book: Changewinds by Jack L. Chalker.
