Does anyone have an idea on better electronics? I only used $2 recordable sound chips.

Once again guys, you don't need to go spending $20 on a chair to get this bellow material. You should be able to find one very cheap off craigslist or thrift stores. If I wasn't working so late now I would be going out to get a chair to look over the material and casting possibilities.
If I understood correctly the idea about splitting the bellow down the middle to make more, you then are only casting half the bellow and the jackets are using the whole bellow on them I think. The bellow around the base of the jacket could be two pieces joined together just once on the back of the jacket to reduce the size of a single mold for it. If I ever get around to it i want to contact one of these chair companies who seem to make their own bellow material and get a long enough piece all in one shot and just mold that and be done with it. Enough to make as many cuffs and jacket bases in every pull.

    Your Walgreens sells chairs?
Yes. They have a section with fans and this chair in a box. I have a photo but cannot post it on the RPF via cell phone.

Just went back through the thread but can't find what I was looking for. I thought I read him saying he wore them for about 5 hours. I put mine on last night for a 2 hour movie in my cinema (I do from time to time) and had to take them off after an hour *shakes head*, so I can not ever see myself wearing them all day.

Yep, as Cavx stated, I wore then for 5 hours and had no problems other than having to replace the battery (which took about 2 minutes). The lights were fine and even though they are a little tight, they felt VERY comfortable.

When I went to Anime STL I wore my costume I also had a lot of people taking my picture. It's a great feeling that someone else likes your work. This is just a really popular costume. You can't go wrong with it.

And this is a template I made for the belt and cuffs. If anymore wants a scan of it I'd be happy to send it to them through email.

They're kitchen mats you put in drawers or a pantry so things don't slide around. Look in the kitchen part of walmart.

Really!? People knew that you used my tutorial? That makes me feel really amazing. It's an awesome feeling that I can effect people across the country. And soon other countries as well because I'm shipping most of my jackets overseas.
