I ordered their Mal pistol last year. Paid with Paypal, so, they had my money all that time. When they announced the "stunt version", I converted my order: the stunt version and a $100.00 refund.
I've gotten the pistol (which is nice), but, no word on the refund.
I've called customer service twice (went to voice mail both times) and sent four e-mails to customer service. Have not heard word one back from them.
Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
That's odd. I got my refund a couple days or so before I got my shipping notice. Weird thing for me though is that the USPS hasn't got the package yet so I'm guessing they only send out stuff maybe once a week.
I talked with Jessica there yesterday. Turns out it was an honest mix-up. Accounts mixed me up with a different customer. Got the full refund today and an apology. So, I'm cool.
Okay...I'm starting to feel a little better about QMX.
