I have a MR Luke ANH LE lightsaber. The eye under the saber has to be changed. It has serious glue issues from the previous owner.
Does anybody know if this unscrews somehow? And possibly opening up the Graflex clamp, and making it much easier to access from the inside.
Any help would be appreciated.
I took apart a vader one to see if i could fix the burnt out lights. I couldn't and ended up having to rewire it because i pulled out the switch wiring. BE CAREFUL!SirJediKnightTim said:

The glue they use could hold the Space Shuttle together. Massive damage from trying to force things apart with the MR sabers.

i took apart my LE yoda lightsaber as it needed repairing, some parts pulled off (via a lot of giggling/pulling). when i took the emitter off, there was an allen key bolt running through the middle, when that was loosened the whole thing came apart. is there anywhere obvious on the luke saber that looks like it would pull off?
Instead of attempting to repair it, it's now in the junkyard section.
