I have been working on this for the last few months. Its good to finally have some inspiration back again.
I went with the Cyan Luxon as I am planing on building a ESB Luke lightsaber, and it would be a bit boring with two blue lightsabers based on the Graflex.
Replica Graflex. Modified Blade socket from The Graflex shop. MR Ankin Sound board. Cyan Luxon III Star.
Pretty satisfied with the end result.

And the lightsaber is lovely as well- I always thought cyan really suits the ANH version much better than blue.

If you wan the emitter to be more accurate(the ears) you can replace the bold for a rivet,like on old graflex parts.
The photo n°5,is before you put the blade socket?
