1/1 Tony Stark
VashDstampede sculpted this great piece! It's a Work in progress. I'll be getting several of these from Acid Burn. I'll be offering a few as finished pieces soon. I can also modify them to fit helmets if anyone wants to display him in the helmet.

Got pics? Hdtheater is the best at those bases! I'm going to be adding a black tank top shirt to this bust also.

Re: 1/1 Tony Stark
These are the eyeco eyes. I have Brown coming for Stark, just taped these in so you see how they look. They are very inexpensive and look great. But the only downside is the biggest they come is 24mm. I used to use the glass blown eyes from Schoepffers but they got too expensive.

Re: 1/1 Tony Stark
Hi. I don't mean to be critical, but I have a question about the sculpt and the paint. It appears that the bottom part of the goatee is differently shaped on both sides. See the pic I used below...
[IMG] [/IMG]Is it asymmetrical in the sculpt or is this actually how it is in the movie and I just never noticed. While I know, being a goatee devotee myself, its difficult to get "perfect" symmetry on every trim, but I was just wondering. Once again not trying to bash or anything because I love opening these bust threads you've been posting, but just wanted to point it out. |

Re: 1/1 Tony Stark
That's an easy fix, I didn't really notice it until you pointed it out. I'll just block in the left side with more hairs.

Just about done. Just have to add eyelashes and do a few paint touch ups here and there..

Re: 1/1 Tony Stark
Wow, you did a great job with this!
I'm always happy to see my sculptures get painted by skilled artists. You really did it justice. Heck, I don't even have one of my own painted up yet, so now I really want one

Re: 1/1 Tony Stark
Was thinking about this the other day if sideshow would ever do another ironman with the helmet lid open. would look so cool.
If you could do it with this, it could look so awesome! Also would look pretty damn good if you drilled into the hair and added sunglasses... Great work |
