Star Wars Episode VII Stormtrooper Pics

Let me get this straight ... If I disclose information that is covered by someone else's NDA, then I'm abrogating their NDA? So I could be in trouble because the Tea Cart Lad on the SWVII shoot signed a NDA? Ridiculous!

its public info now as this is distributed in a booklet at Cebration Anaheim right now!

Yes! Very nice, even the 2 new Blasters - I wasn't sure for the two-tone look, but they're looking great. And the new Trooper Helmets have the asyncron MicTip!

quite legit. people at Celebration Anaheim are posting this from a program onto Facebook. it was determined quite a while back however that the bucket only had one mic tip. and its has proven to be true!

I always felt it had one mic tip ... there were just so many people on this forum SO ADAMANT that it would have two ... just goes to show that you never truly know until you see something that was intended to be released by the studios.

I quite like it. Dare I say, better looking than the OT troopers or the PT clones. Then again, that's been my sentiment for almost every new design this movie has had to offer.

Nice to see non CG armor. HAAAAATE the single mic tip and two-tone gun. Ah well, it's not a disaster. I don't like it as much as OT troops or standard clones (I like it a LOT better than the tarted up clones with the skirts and shoulder pads and so on though! I hope there's not too much of the rainbow trooper nonsense with these guys).

The armor will be on display among other things at Celebration!

I kinda dig it. I think it looks like a logical advancement of the Stormtrooper kit over a 30 to 40 year period. I have been working with the military since 1991 (active duty and adviser) and I have seen a drastic evolution in a Soldier's or Marine's uniform and kit over the years.

On a separate note: Man, I wish I could be in Anaheim right now. :(

Also, Somebody make an Ep. 7 armor kit already. I have money in the bank. No joke.

If I didn't have so much other crap on the bench, and no working Dremel, I'd be working on one right now!

Not as nice as the OT suit.

That's right, the old Design is an evergreen! There aren't many things in this world, especially in movies, who still look so pretty after 30 years. Lucas & Co. did such a wonderful job with all the designs in the OT. It's like an old VW Beetle - that design is so old, but they still looks much newer, than so many cars from the 40s/50s.
But, back to the new Trooper: I think they did a very great job to port the original design from ANH/TESB to ROTJ to a Galaxy far, far away 30 years later.
I like the new magnetic thing instead of the holster and the inside of the left forearm. And now we can see some details on the top of the helmet. Maybe tomorrow we can take a look on the backside of the helmet.

Absolutly right! 3 or 4 sides before, in this thread, someone post something about the one-MicTip picture and so many others asked: "You still believe in that?". They said something like: "It was only concept-art, Look at the pictures in the teaser, definitly there can't be a mic-tip on the left side ... that's a fact!"

It's like you said: You can't truly know until there is a real evidence.

This is exciting! Finally, the big reveal. I expect to be inundated with photos of the set that they'll have on display at Celebration. Wish I could see it in person!
