So far the puff paint has been pretty darn durable. Stretches just as much as the Lycra without any problems. Overtime I guess it may need some touch ups here and there but still worth the little extra hassle.

It's just whatever standard lycra fabricondemand uses for printing the suits, can't say I know the details.

Went for the test fitting today. Needs some
adjustments but overall fit pretty darn well. Here's a teaser

It's just whatever standard lycra fabricondemand uses for printing the suits, can't say I know the details.

That makes me feel a bit better about using it on my project. Are you using the kind you have to heat or just the regular kind?

Ended up going through 5 of those for all the black. 1 of the white was more than enough and just used them straight out of the standard bottle, didn't use any special applicators.

Initially wanted the U zip but I'm going to a con tomorrow and the seamstress didn't feel familiar enough with it to have it done in time cuz she's pretty busy atm. So for now it's just a zip down the back and one on the back of the mask. Might try to switch it to a Uzip after but we shall see. Either way it fits great, I just need a hand getting in and out of it lol
