Hello everyone, this is my last work in progress: Mark 42 helmet based on Middle Finger's pep file
File is shared here: http://www.therpf.com/f24/middle-fi...an-files-silver-centurion-files-added-185274/

After some comparisons between various pep file, i think that this is the best in the shape though more details are absent. I will detail manually what is missing in this model.

In this image a small comparison with the correct mark 42 helmet:

And pepping phase:

New pics :D
In these photos i show 3 stage: 1- details of upper head; 2- filling of surface imperfections; 3- carrying out of ears with pvc sheet of 5 mm thickness.
Pvc sheet is fantastic for details, versatile and easy for modeling and there aren't particular troubles when joined with fiberglass and pilyester filler (y)cheers

This is truly awesome, man! I love the detail you added under the faceplate! That'll be something I'll have to do for my helmet..

Thanks man!
I tried to do details as much as possible equal to real M42 helmet. Some defects are visible, but this is the price of hand made :) All things considered, this is my second finished prop and it is just more perfect than the first :$
